Terms & Conditions
Legal Disclaimer
At Peggy & The Sea, we understand the importance of having clear and legally binding Terms & Conditions for your website. However, it's essential to note that the information provided on this page is for general guidance only. We strongly advise seeking professional legal advice to ensure that your specific requirements and agreements are appropriately addressed in your Terms & Conditions.
Understanding the Basics
In the context of Peggy & The Sea, our Terms & Conditions serve as the framework that governs the interactions between our young visitors, their parents, and our business. Tailored to the unique nature of our ocean-inspired children's activities, the Terms & Conditions outline the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved. It's crucial to customize these legal terms according to the specific needs and activities of our website, ensuring that they accurately reflect our commitment to providing a safe and enriching environment for children to explore and learn.
Peggy & The Sea Terms and Conditions

By booking a session or term pass with Peggy & The Sea, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Supervision & Safety
-
All children must be actively supervised by a parent or caregiver at all times during our sessions.
-
Parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s behaviour and safety throughout the session, including arrival and departure.
-
While we take great care in designing safe environments, Peggy & The Sea is not liable for accidents, injuries, trips, or falls that may occur during sessions.

Choking & Sensory Play Disclaimer
-
Many of our activities involve small, natural materials such as shells, pebbles, seeds, dry pasta, and other sensory items.
-
These materials can present a choking hazard, particularly to younger children.
Please ensure close supervision and do not allow children to place non-edible items in their mouths.

Clothing & Personal Items
-
Our sessions are sensory-rich and often messy. While many materials are taste-safe and washable, staining may occur.
We recommend old play clothes and a full change of clothes for all outdoor sessions. -
Peggy & The Sea takes no responsibility for damaged, lost, or stained clothing, shoes, or personal items.

All bookings are non-refundable.
This includes casual sessions and term pass bookings. -
We do not offer refunds, credits, or make-up sessions for change of mind, illness, absence, or scheduling conflicts.
