
WOMEN Surf LESSONS
Open to women and girls aged 12+.
Our women’s sessions are led by female surf coaches who genuinely love being in the water. Groups are kept small (maximum of 8) so you receive real attention, not crowd chaos.
Each session begins with a short land-based safety and theory briefing, followed by time in the water building good habits, learning to read waves, and developing real surf confidence.
These are women-led sessions, designed to feel supportive, capable, and grounded. We are women teaching women.
WOMEN's 4-week
Surf Series
Women’s Surf Series (4 Weeks)
Our Women’s Surf Series is a four-week beginner-friendly series running on Saturday mornings, designed for women who want to build confidence and consistency in the water. Sessions run for 90 minutes, with times adjusted weekly to suit tides and conditions (you’ll receive a confirmation text the night before with the exact time and location).
Each week focuses on a different strategy for reading the ocean and progressing as a beginner — from understanding conditions and positioning, to timing, paddling, and building confidence in real surf. The emphasis is on learning how to surf independently, not just catching waves on the day.
Group size is intentionally small (maximum of 6 women, with flexibility up to 8 if conditions allow), creating a supportive, low-pressure environment where you can learn at your own pace. This series is best suited to complete beginners or women returning to surfing who want a steady, structured way back into the water.
No prior surfing experience required.

Lessons
Surf sessions designed by women, for women.
Groups are kept small (maximum of 8) so you have space, support, and a genuine chance to learn properly. Each session runs for 90 min, allowing time to settle in, build confidence, and actually enjoy being in the water.
We begin with around 30–40 minutes on land, covering simple surf theory, ocean awareness, and safety, setting you up before heading into the water.
Once we’re out there, the focus stays calm, achievable, and fun. Small waves, clear guidance, and no pressure. Each session finishes with a short wrap-up and feedback, so you leave knowing exactly what to work on next time.
Whether you’re brand new to surfing or returning after a break, you’ll be learning alongside other women who get it.
